\nMy Granpa, I know is no more.
\nStill, the hope that wrong is what has been told.
\nIknow he is gone, but I refuse to mourn,
\n‘Coz there is the hope that keeps me bold.<\/p>\n
A part of my life taken away,
\nWas there at all, when did i say?
\nOnly now, it seems, it was there for sure.
\nNow, there is jus a void in ‘ space.<\/p>\n
It’s strange that I feel so sad,
\nKnowing that he would leave his bed,
\nThat one day, he would be no more,
\nWon’t ask me to listen to his exceptional lore.<\/p>\n
How will that part of my heart be filled?
\nWho will replace the one who is killed?
\nKilled? No, he has departed happily
\nFrom life, of his own accord, easily.<\/p>\n
I am Sure h chose to go himself.
\nBut how could he leave his second self?
\nHis self that always resides in us
\nCompletely unknown, lost in a hush.<\/p>\n
Inspite of this, I find it strange,
\nThat my mood from delight, refuse to change.
\nI am also sad and want to cry.
\nYet my eyes remain totally dry.<\/p>\n
the laughter he gave me I can never pay back.
\nYet I refuse him the “pearls of my tears”
\nI say “if i cry, the time would lack.”
\nSo selfish, can’t even cry for my dears.<\/p>\n
Had it been a cut on my finger,
\nMy mind would give it a notice bigger.
\nAs the blood would flow red and redder
\nMy eyes would sure get wet and wetter.<\/p>\n
Noons with him and the evenings, I cherish forever.
\nAnd the tales, I would hear again never
\nThe tune of his songs now play in my heart.
\nSongs that..that would no more be heard.<\/p>\n
What I write to day, I’ll forget tomorrow.
\nAs i walk my path sans any sorrow.
\nHe resides in me today, would be wiped tomorrow.

He is gone forever, but refuse to waver
\nCoz there is hope that he is clever
\nEnough to remain hidden for some time,
